APPLICATION
Before 1st use, wash pad with soap and water. Saturate pad with Marcelle Micellar Water or Cleanser of your choice then gently swipe eyes, face and lip area until skin is clean. Hand wash with soap and water, rinse well and lay flat to dry after each use.
